In Comala, land belonging to the town of Molina de Segura, we fill find this rural home located at the foot of the Sierra de la Espada mountain range. Surrounded by nature, it’s only a few minutes in car from the Albacete-Murcia motorway, main artery of the Region; likewise, it’s close to the Regional Park of Sierra de la Pila of Fortuna, where one can visit the Roman remains at the Cueva Negra, as well as take a bath in the thermal waters of the Baños of Fortuna. In the other direction from this home, and a similar distance, one will find the equally healthy waters of the Baños of Archena. This house has spectacular sights of the neighbouring Sierra de la Espada and its surrounding landscape, and it’s only two kilometres from the neighbouring village of Fenazar, which has its own supermarket, pharmacy, church and bars and restaurants.But it would be no exaggeration to point out that the main attractions of this house is its peace and quiet, surrounded by wildlife and fields of fruit trees. Located with its back to the Sierra, the house has two ample floors: in the lower floor it has a dining-room lounge, four bedrooms, two baths and a kitchen. They receive a lot of light throughout the year, including winter, for which this house is also equipped with a cast iron heater and its own chimney. Upstairs, there’s an attic floor with lounge, bedroom with en suite bathroom, much storage, and a large pen terrace with excellent views. The front of the house is shaded by a tiled porch held up by wooden beams, and runs the entire width of the house. To its right it has a 10m long swimming pool in a large tiled patio surrounded on three of its four sides by a wall of visible stone, where there is also a barbecue and wood-oven. To the left there is a garage and workshop. In front of the house we find the main attraction of this location, its large terrain: right where the tiled porch ends we find a stretch of gravel that leads right to the cast-iron gate, and at a short distance from this we find an open car-port with room enough for two cars. Beyond the gravel we find the true garden, dotted with different varieties of trees, surrounding a round pergola. And beyond the garden we find the kennels, with much space for hosing many different types of animals.This large two-floored home, with terrace and porch, workshop, garage, kennels and a big garden, all of it surrounded and marked by a fence with only one point of entry, is in a splendid location, at a short distance from everything, and which also possesses a strong sense of privacy and tranquility, perfect for living in peace.
