Mas El Calvo, a masia celebrating its centenary this year. Located in the Font Roja natural park, you will find peace and quiet here. Alcoy, a bustling university town, is a 10-minute drive from the masia. So you can eat out, enjoy theatre performances or grab a terrace on the Plaza de Dins.The masia is one of 4 houses on a dirt road. 400 metres after leaving the CV801 you will find two houses. Mas el Calvo is the second house.It was built as a farmhouse and contained rooms for tractors and other machinery. This yoga room has underfloor heating, a full bathroom and a small kitchenette. With a little intervention, you could turn this into a nice guest apartment with two bedrooms.Around the house are several seating areas.Across the road you will find the olive grove. About 80 fully restored olive trees that produce a nice harvest every year and after pressing you can enjoy delicious olive oil.This house is very special and no description can reflect reality.This property would be ideal as a B&B or casa rural. You also have the option of having a spacious house for your own use upstairs and renting out three flats downstairs. You could easily make a two-bedroom flat in the yoga room and turn the two new bedrooms into a living room/kitchen and bedroom.  In the old part is the servicen’s flat with living room with kitchen and bathroom and another large bedroom with bathroom.Absolutely must be seen, a real gem!
