Description

A wonderful country house for sale just 4km from Banyeres de Mariola, which is in the Alicante province of Spain. The house is down a track which is only 500m from the road, and the track has 6 houses on it so its nice and peaceful. Located just a 50 minutes drive from Alicante airport, and the same distance from the beaches and just 70-80 minutes from Valencia airport. There are also some fresh water pools " Pou Clar" a 20 minute drive away, just before you reach Ontinyent, great for sunbathing and swimming.
